GENERAL ELECTION Polling Day on Friday the 29th November 2024
I HEREBY GIVE YOU NOTICE THAT:
- The latest date for the receipt of appeals in respect of the Register of Electors of the County of Kerry Postal and Special Voters Lists in advance of the General Election on Friday the 29th November 2024 shall be 5p.m. on Tuesday the 12th of November 2024. All such Appeals will be heard by the County Registrar for the County of Kerry at 09:00a.m on Friday the 15th day of November 2024 at the Circuit Court, the Courthouse, Ashe Street, Tralee, in the County of Kerry and should be directed by post or personal delivery to The County Registrar of Kerry, C/o The Courts Service, Floor 2 Centrepoint Building, John Joe Sheehy Road, Tralee County Kerry and to reach him prior to that date and time.
- The latest date for the receipt of appeals in respect of the Register of Electors of the County of Kerry General Voters Lists in advance of the General Election on Friday the 29th November 2024 shall be 5p.m. on Wednesday the 13th November 2024. All such Appeals will be heard by the County Registrar for the County of Kerry at 09:00a.m on Friday the 15th November 2024 at the Circuit Court, the Courthouse, Ashe Street, Tralee, in the County of Kerry and should be directed by post or personal delivery to The County Registrar of Kerry, C/o The Courts Service, Floor 2 Centrepoint Building, John Joe Sheehy Road, Tralee County Kerry and to reach him prior to that date and time.
- Any Appeals received after the final date shall not be considered by the County Registrar until after Polling Day for above General Election.
